\n\nFully remote, outside IR35, and open to candidates across the UK.\n\nWhat will the FP&A Manager role involve?\n\nProvide commentary and analysis within the monthly reporting pack, delivering financial insight to senior stakeholders across a fast-moving, commercially driven business\nDeep-dive analysis of sales data by title, territory and channel - translating numbers into a clear narrative on performance and market opportunity\nEnd-to-end management of royalty reporting for a portfolio of approximately 20 external publishing partners, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and strong relationship management\nWorking closely with the Head of Finance on cash flow forecasting and financial planning, providing commentary and analysis to support strategic decision-making\nDriving continuous improvement across reporting processes and systems - this is a role where your ideas will be heard and implemented\nActing as a key commercial finance contact internally, supporting the wider business with data-driven insight on existing titles and future opportunities \nSuitable candidate for the FP&A Manager vacancy:\nThis role will suit a qualified finance professional (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/QBE) with a background in gaming, interactive entertainment, publishing, TV or media — or any sector where royalty reporting and multi-partner commercial relationships are central to the finance function.\n\nProven experience in royalty reporting and/or managing external partner financial relationships — this is non-negotiable for the role\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data sets into clear, actionable reporting for a non-finance audience\nAdvanced Excel skills and comfort working with financial systems, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a significant advantage\nA self-starter who thrives in a remote environment\nCommercially curious - interested in what the numbers mean, not just what they say\nWe're open to experienced FP&A professionals ready for a step up, as well as commercially sharp management accountants with strong analytical instincts who are looking to broaden their remit\nCandidates must be based in the UK and hold the right to work without restriction.
